Frequently asked questions
How much does delivery cost?
Each and every single one of our products, are delivered completely FREE via our Royal Mail 48 service. This means you will not incur any postage charges.
Where do you deliver to?
We dispatch parcels via free delivery to all locations in the United Kingdom. Using Royal Mail 48. Please note, certain locations in the Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands will require an extra day for delivery. Typically mainland UK parcels will arrive 2-3 working days after receipt of your dispatch email.
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders made before 3pm Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day if possible. Our dedicated warehouse team work hard to ensure your parcel is not delayed. However, during certain busy periods it may take up to 24 hours to dispatch your order.
How can I return an item?
We offer refunds to any customers up to 30 days after the date of delivery. Simply navigate to the return section of our website. It can be found at the bottom of any page of our website. There you will find our easy returns guide.
I havent received my order yet?
All of our parcels are shipped via Royal Mail 48 delivery, arriving within 2-3 working days from order dispatch. Please allow up to 5 days, from the date of your order. Royal Mail could be experiencing a delay, or your parcel may have been lost by them during transit.Â
If 5 days have passed, please contact our support team via email, or the contact us form on this page. All parcels are tracked and insured, this means we will always replace lost or damaged items.
Are all products on your website in stock?
If the product is available for purchase on our website, this means we have stock available in our Warrington based warehouse.
Our inventory system is live linked to all of our online retail partners. This means our customers will be able to see how many of each product we have, direct on the product page.
Where do your products come from?
We work with UK based nurseries, seed banks, manufacturers and suppliers, who all have strict policies in relation to the cultivation or manufacture of their products.
We entirely support British suppliers, who distribute and manufacture products via ethical means. This is very important to our business.
