Easy Returns
Its easier than ever to return an item to us. For all items which are unwanted, or simply unfit for purpose. The postage is to be paid by the buyer. If the item has arrived damaged, faulty or defective, please contact us on support@welldales.co.uk before returning the item. In most cases, we can issue a replacement without the need to return the item to us.
Inside your envelope or box, please include some information so we can identify who has returned the item. This can be the delivery recipients: full name, delivery address or order number. Any combination of these will help us to process your refund much faster.
Return Period
If you no longer wish to keep your item(s) they can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Once the item(s) have been returned to us, a full refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Recommended Return Methods
Below you will find a list of our recommended couriers. Each has the best pricing for letters and parcels, based on their respective size.
- Letters & Large Letters: Royal Mail
- Parcels up to 1kg: My Hermes
- Parcels up to 3kg: My Hermes
- Parcels Above 3kg: YODEL
Simply follow the on screen instructions on their respective websites. Hermes and YODEL will come and collect larger parcels from your location. This can be booked on their website.
Return postage costs for damaged or defective products will be reimbursed to your original payment method. Please retain any receipts as proof of postage or postage payment amounts may be required by us.
How to package a product return
To ensure we process your refund as soon as possible, please follow our return parcel guidelines below;
- Use original boxes or packaging where available
- Include your full name & delivery address inside the parcel. This can be written on a piece of paper.
- Use one of our recommended couriers above, based on the size of your parcel

Refunds
We endeavor to process refunds as soon as the item arrives. Please be sure to include some additional information inside the parcel, as this is crucial in helping us identify who is due a refund. Please do not use the post office to send larger parcels, as they are the most expensive. Arranging a collection from Hermes or YODEL is much more cost effective.
